We can arrange a meeting for you and your adjuster to discuss your current claims and claim procedures.

We will explain to you the effects of marketing your policy and educate you about the Pros and Cons of a market survey.

We maintain contact on a regular basis via telephone, e-mail, fax and on-site visits.

We will provide a loss control survey inspection of your property and provide recommendations.

Conceptual stage to reduce premium and losses. Regular review of coverage limits and building cost increases.

We review your policy wordings, explain coverage and exclusions.

You have access to a knowledgeable service team that can provide support to your account. You do not have to rely on one individual.

We maintain a high level of education in our office. A majority of the staff have an insurance designation or is currently workings towards their designation.

We provide a high level of service and commit to providing certificates within one hour of receiving the request, during business hours. If a certificate is required after business hours and is an emergency, please contact one of our after hours phone numbers. We review the list of certificate holders on an annual basis and update when necessary.

We have an in-house finance program, which allows us to provide a high level of service and competitive rates for your financing options.

We can provide an up to date binder of all your insurance policies. The binder includes a table of contents, which lists each policy, expiry dates, policy numbers and a brief description of the coverage that each policy provides.

Through Rempel Insurance involvement with MPI as co-chair of the Insurance Brokers Association of Manitoba (IBAM) and MPI (SRE) committee, we have an influence on the decisions made by the group, which reflect in coverages, enhancements and policies made by Manitoba Public Insurance.
